Flying dehydrates you and without a lot of fluid during the flight, dark yellow-green urine is the outcome. I remember collecting 24-hour urine samples in college for lab and notoriously one of my roommates would decide to donate to the cause and I’d have to start over.
Did you know that by the time you’re thirsty, you’re likely dehydrated? Your urine tells you this. Normal urine is typically pale yellow. It tends to become more concentrated and darker in color as you become more dehydrated. There are some easy ways to prevent this.
